Is the discount valid for all products from JanSport?
The only excluded products are those already on sale, clearance items and gift cards.
My code isn’t working / I haven’t received my code yet
We’re so happy about all the interest, but it is creating some delays. You should receive your code within 24 hours of successful verification through SheerID. There may be a 20 minute + delay to activate your code once it is sent.
Can I use the discount more than once?
Yes, you can use the discount once every 30 days, but you’ll need a new promo code each time. Once you’re ready to shop again, you can re-verify your status to receive a new promo code. The offer expires January 31, 2026.
