As global citizens, we’re aware of the small but significantly positive impact a company like JanSport can have. Backed By JanSport is a collection of our efforts to share weight and voice with like minded organizations bringing goodness into the world.
By partnering with a local Denver artist, Detour, we were able to renovate a basketball court in Montbello and donated a pack to every students in a nearby school.
We built and donated 110 bikes for Denver students, just in time for back to school.
10,000 backpacks donated to the World Central Kitchen in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and over 8,500 donated to Denver area schools.
The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. Their crisis counselors are trained to answer calls from LGBTQ young people who reach out to their free, confidential 24/7 Lifeline, chat, and text crisis services when they are feeling suicidal or need a safe, non-judgmental place to talk.
