INITIATIVES WE CARE ABOUT

THE TREVOR PROJECT

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. Their crisis counselors are trained to answer calls from LGBTQ young people who reach out to their free, confidential 24/7 Lifeline, chat, and text crisis services when they are feeling suicidal or need a safe, non-judgmental place to talk.

UNCF

The nation’s largest and most effective minority education organization. The UNCF funds scholarships for Black students and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCU’s). We’ve partnered with UNCF to grant four students a scholarship of up to $20,000 each while attending up to four years of college. Apply for a scholarship.

More than 7 out of 10 young people say mental health issues are weighing them down. That’s why JanSport created #LightenTheLoad, a new mission to connect you with tools and resources to support your mental health.

SURPLUS PROJECT

The surplus collection breathes new life into heritage designs. Zippers, Straps, tread and fabric. Excess materials are all rescued before they can hit the factory room floor, then transformed into a classic pack with the future in mind.

BASKETBALL COURT RENO

BASKETBALL COURT RENO :

By partnering with a local Denver artist, Detour, we were able to renovate a basketball court in Montbello and donated a pack to every students in a nearby school.
