45th Annual JanSport Mount Rainier Climb
Last week, JanSport and friends of the Brand embarked on a trip of a lifetime. Sixteen climbers from all over the world representing JanSport employees, retailers, international distributorships, non-profit partners and media traveled to Ashford, Washington to tackle Mount Rainier for JanSport’s 45th Annual Mount Rainier Climb. The team of 16 split up in two groups of eight early in the week; One group lead by four Guides up the Emmons Glacier, the other lead by four Guides up Dissapointment Cleaver. Gusty winds and trail conditions kept both team off summit this year, but it was still an experience of a lifetime for everyone who participated. To this day, JanSport holds the record for the most consecutive annual group climbs on Mount Rainier.
