Last night we played our first show with Tobacco at a place in Toledo called Mickey Finns.  It couldn’t have been a better show.  We spent the evening enjoying cheap beer and conversing with the fine folks of Toledo.  We spent a lot of time gathered around the fire that Mickey Finn himself built on the back patio of the bar.  Met a guy from Detroit… Did you know that Detroit is only a half hour from Toledo?! Weird…

Anyway, let’s get to the whole point of this post.  Last night Quinten discovered the perfect show ritual.  Yep, you guessed it…two beers and a cut-off.  Now, when I said ‘perfect’ ritual, I should have mentioned that it is by no means perfect(wait…that makes no sense).  We’re testing the waters, and we found something that works pretttty darn well.  But…who knows, it could be 3 martinis and a turtleneck.  We’ll just have to keep testing our theory’s and see what happens.  Stay tuned for a final word on the ‘perfect ritual.’
